The staff were very helpful and friendly. The size of our triple room was more than adequate and we had a nice view looking over the swimming pool. Pool was a great size where you could swim proper lengths. It's on the cooler side (temperature wise) but once you're in and swimming you get use to it. A great way to finish the day off from sightseeing. The whole pool area and pool itself is kept very clean. A decent selection of food on offer at dinner. We ate in the hotel one evening and it was good. If you don't want to drive into Segovia it's easy to get the bus. Bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel and it takes 10 minutes max.

Claire

The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom felt quite luxurious and was very spacious with double hand basins. There was a small fridge with mineral water and soft drinks (at a charge). Timetable for the bus to Segovia centre is in reception and the last one back is after 11pm so you can enjoy Segovia (which is wonderful), until.quite late.

Juan

Large swimming pool and pool area. Good-size room and bathroom. Great team at the pool, in the bar and restaurant and on the front desk. Away from the bustle of the centre but just a short bus ride to get there (30 min walk). Supermarkets close by.

Laviajerarelajada

Having parking, even a covered garage (excellent for a motorbike). Also the pool. The gentleman on reception when we arrived was most helpful and friendly. having a short €1 bus to the old city ( Aqueduct) was brilliant.

Large, comfortable room. Service after our stay was exceptional. I had left a pair of sandals there. They found them and packaged them up for DHL to collect and return to me in England.
